Timely, efficient and cost effective service is at the core of our sales philosophy.
For us the service component kicks in the moment you call us for a requirement. Our sales team will before recommending a product either delve into our extensive data base for water quality in your area or seek to take a water sample. Also a technician will then visit you site to check out the space availability as also your quality and quantity requirements. It is only when all these parameters are available that a product is designed and offered. Our technicians are often found arguing with clients asking them to go for smaller systems compared to what they ask for .
This is followed by quick delivery and efficient installation.
Thereafter over a period of one year out technicians visit you at least twelve times to service and fine tune the machine. A record is kept of every machine and regularly reviewed to fine tune performance. This record is available to you in the form of a visit report which is required to be signed by you and a copy retained. Any comments made by you on the report are sent direct to the Director for efficient redressal and followup.
All item are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year and all complaints received are attended within one working day of receipt.
After the expiry of the guarantee period the products come under the AMC on the same terms as mentioned above and the efficient service has ensured that people who join as clients have stayed on as friends.
